Ingredients

  • 8 oz lean steak (such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 medium sweet potato, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (such as parsley or rosemary)

  4. Grill the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.
  5. Meanwhile, spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it against the grain.
