Ingredients

  • 4 oz grilled chicken breast
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing (low-carb)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, bacon bits
