Ingredients

  • 4 oz (113g) grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups mixed greens (such as lettuce, spinach, and arugula)
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
