Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings: Sliced banana, berries, nuts, seeds

Preparation

  1. In a jar or container, combine rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a stir and add toppings of your choice such as sliced banana, berries, nuts, and seeds.
  5. Enjoy cold or warm, depending on your preference.
