Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 3 oz (85g) sliced turkey breast
  • 1/4 avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • Optional: Sliced tomato, sprouts, mustard or mayonnaise for extra flavor

Preparation
