Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Caesar dressing (look for a low carb option)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional add-ons: cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, avocado slices
