Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon fillets and trimmed asparagus on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and asparagus, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Arrange lemon slices over the salmon fillets.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and chopped dill.
- Spoon the herb butter mixture evenly over the salmon and asparagus.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs and lemon wedges if desired.
