Baked Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 6 oz (170g) salmon fillet
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Arrange the trimmed asparagus around the salmon fillet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place lemon slices on top of the salmon.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
  6. Garnish with fresh dill before serving.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy a flavorful and nutritious dinner!
