Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, riced (about 3 cups)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings of your choice: marinara sauce, shredded cheese, pepperoni, vegetables

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Place cooled cauliflower rice in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cauliflower rice, egg, mozzarella cheese, almond flour, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form a pizza crust of desired thickness.
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
  8. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until toppings are heated through and cheese is melted.
  9. Slice and serve hot, savoring every bite of this keto-friendly twist on a classic favorite.
