Ingredients

  • 6 oz salmon fillet
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 bunch asparagus spears
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  4. Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet alongside the vegetables. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
